Most athletes prefer a medium-length, flexible wrist wrap, suitable for a variety of exercises.

If you have a very small wrist, we would recommend choosing the small length.

The large flexible wrap is ideal for those wanting a versatile wrap which, depending on how many times it is wrapped, can be altered to be more or less supportive.

Athletes looking for maximal support can try the stiff version of our wrist wraps, which we would typically recommend as a second pair of wrist wraps to complement our flexible wraps.

We recommend hand washing the wrist wraps with warm water and a mild detergent, and then allow the wraps to air dry. Do not machine wash or dry, as this can damage the material of the wrist wraps.

    FAQs

Wrist wraps are designed to provide support and stability to the wrist joint during heavy lifting exercises. They help reduce the risk of wrist injuries by keeping the wrist in a proper alignment and minimizing excessive movement.

Wrist wraps are worn to enhance wrist stability and support during weightlifting, powerlifting, bodybuilding, or any other activities that involve heavy lifting or repetitive wrist movements. They can help prevent wrist pain, fatigue, and injuries, allowing for safer and more effective workouts.

For individuals who engage in heavy lifting exercises or have weak wrists, wrist wraps can be highly beneficial. They provide added support and stability, which can improve performance and reduce the risk of injuries. However, for those with healthy wrists or engaging in lighter exercises, wrist wraps may not be necessary.

A wrist strap is typically used to secure the grip on a barbell, dumbbell, or other lifting equipment by wrapping around the wrist and the bar. It helps improve grip strength and prevent the bar from slipping out of the hands. On the other hand, a wrist wrap is primarily used to support and stabilize the wrist joint during lifting exercises by wrapping around the wrist multiple times to provide compression and support.

Bodybuilders use wrist wraps to maintain proper wrist alignment and stability while lifting heavy weights. This helps them focus more on the targeted muscle groups without worrying about wrist discomfort or injuries. Wrist wraps also allow bodybuilders to lift heavier weights safely, promoting muscle growth and strength gains.

It's advisable to start using wrist wraps when engaging in heavy lifting exercises or when you feel your wrists are under excessive strain during workouts. If you experience wrist pain or discomfort, using wrist wraps can provide added support and alleviate stress on the wrist joint. However, it's essential to balance their use with proper wrist strengthening exercises to avoid over-reliance on wraps.

Wrist wraps can provide support and stability during bench pressing by keeping the wrist in a neutral position and minimizing excessive movement. This can help lifters maintain proper form and technique, allowing them to lift heavier weights safely. While wrist wraps may not directly increase bench press strength, they can indirectly contribute to improved performance by reducing the risk of wrist injuries and discomfort, allowing for more consistent and effective training sessions.
